Organic farming is beneficial to communities in multiple ways. It helps to reduce the environmental impact of humans, feeds the local economy, and at the same time meets the needs of the community's citizens.

Data Collections

Today we are collecting and analyzing data to understand more about our food composition. We plan to see how much food we consume is local, organic, or both. Our information came from Molly Walsh, the sustainability director for the food department at Emory.

Graphs and diagrams will be coming soon!
